Erin was the first nurse, actually the first person, that I encountered during my stay at Mercy Clermont, and she made my day! I am a recovering addict, clean for almost 15 months, and I have experienced rude and uncompassionate people during my addiction and hospitalizations. Erin has an amazing attitude and brought positivity, compassion, and understanding to every encounter I have had with her. She encourages hope by being inspired by the little things I've informed her of. She lifted my spirits in many ways. What a good heart she has!

Unfortunately, I am a frequent patient here due to my COPD. I was blessed to have Erin as my nurse; she is one of the most caring, and possibly the sweetest RN I have ever encountered. We went over all my medications which took an hour and she patiently reviewed them. Her frequent checks and attention to detail were amazing!

Erin is special because she listened to me when I had concerns. She also listened to my family and figured out the best plan for my care. Even while training a new RN, she was thorough in her care and was helpful to the new nurse. She truly has a passion for what she does, and I appreciate her care, concern, and communication.
