Her compassionate care shines through during both high-stress and critical situations, where she provides lifesaving interventions and keeps families informed every step of the way.

"Erin strives to provide prompt, safe care even when the ED is chaotic. She makes sure that she spends time with each patient in attempts to be a calming presence on what is often the patient’s most stressful day," said the emergency department manager at UM Health-Sparrow Eaton. “Erin is an integral part of the night shift, fosters teamwork, and helps train new hires.
