Erin Strachan, RN

Erin was not only professional and knowledgeable, but she made an uncomfortable stay tolerable. Each visit during my stay, she was positive without being condescending by calling me “Dear” or “Honey”, as used by many. Erin was engaged and uplifting – keeping me updated with my care and why and when things were happening. I can’t imagine the demands of the job/responsibilities of an ICU nurse. As I shared – I had an otherwise challenging visit in the ICU, I never want to repeat, but a five-star review for St. Joseph’s Medical Center.
