Erin regularly goes above and beyond to facilitate the needs of the department and her patients. Not only is she more than a valuable resource to the department, but she is an asset and an example of what an ER RN should be. She continually brings and demonstrates a great attitude, even in the worst conditions that are dealt her. She is always finding tasks to complete and will be the first one to reach out and help in any situation. Erin is a great team player and is growing quickly in skill and ability. I believe she deserves to be recognized for her efforts and work ethics.

Erin always comes to work with a smile and is truly an inspiration to other nurses. She treats each and every patient as if they were her own family member. Routinely I receive comment cards stating how she delivers quality care with compassion and respect. I could not say enough about Erin, other than I wish I could clone her.
