On top of being very professional, she always smiles and infuses us with her jolly disposition.  My son is autistic, and Erin would always talk with him and she would always make him smile.  The staff was very attentive and professional, but Erin was the one who would always make my son smile.  Thanks so much to all of you.  May God bless you.
