Erin is not only compassionate and caring with her patients, but she does an exceptional job as a co-worker. She always goes above and beyond her job to assist others to help the flow of activities on the unit. She is a great role model for all new nurses and is eager to assist them in learning their role as a psych RN. This unit is a better place because she works here.
