... This is what took place in ECA roughly after shift change. This was a family of 6 that was involved in a MVC. As this family was kept NPO for test results, the children grew hungry. Erin Williams was the RN caring for this family, and as we know small children, when they are hungry, can quickly become a test of one's patience. Erin expressed utmost professionalism and fantastic patient care. Not only did she care for this family clinically, but also emotionally. Erin purchased dinner for this family of 6, at her own expense.

It is acts like these that make me proud to be Erin's coworker.
