Erin is an exceptional resource to our Urgent Care team, particularly during emergency situations. Her extensive knowledge, quick decision-making, and willingness to educate both staff and patients set her apart.
On multiple occasions, Erin has been the first to step in when patients require immediate, emergent care. She consistently remains calm under pressure, efficiently performs critical interventions, and confidently directs coworkers to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
At the same time, she takes the time to clearly explain the situation to patients and their families, answering questions and providing reassurance during stressful moments. Erin's leadership, clinical excellence, and compassion make her an invaluable coworker, and we are truly fortunate to have her as part of our Urgent Care team.
