When people are at their most vulnerable, as my mother was in the recovery room. Our family is so incredibly thankful for Erma, her nurse. Erma's kindness, compassion, and sense of humor along with those capable hands filled us with reassurance that we needed to get through a most difficult time. Amazing woman!!!
