erma ruiz, RN

My primary doctor told me to go to Sutter Health Memorial Medical Center. I spent time in the ER, then was admitted to the 5th floor where I met Erma Ruiz. She instantly started making me very comfortable. She was always on top of my medication administration, assisting me to the bathroom and waiting for me outside the door to help me back into bed. Provided me blankets every time I asked for them when a chill entered the room. When I could not sleep, she gave me medications that would help. I needed them very badly as I had not slept in 6 days. She never seemed to leave my side. In my opinion, she is and has been the best nurse I have ever had in a hospital. Erma is an asset to the Sutter Hospital.
