Ermi was caring for a patient experiencing homelessness. The patient expressed impaired dignity related to dirty and torn clothing. Ermi provided the patient with clean, intact clothing from his own wardrobe, including a jacket and Nike sneakers. Ermi exemplifies the compassion and empathy of a great nurse!
