She has great integrity. I had a lot of trust and confidence in her from the first time we met. She presented herself very professionally. Her commitment to serving veterans and their families by honoring the VA’s mission is outstanding. Her advocacy, to truly focus on observing the veteran, is above expectations. Her ability to provide dignity and respect to everyone she serves and encounters is just very amazing. Her excellence in striving for the highest quality and continuous improvement is shown through her work ethic and in the way she cares for the Veterans and their family members. She is a professional in her occupation and has shown it in so many ways. She makes the Veterans feel like they’re in very good hands and that we’re not just a number. She goes the extra mile, making sure everything has been done above protocol to help serve and take care of the Veterans and their families. She looks for ways to help make sure that everything has been done properly for the Veteran, so their procedure is done right. I highly recommend her to anyone and would really appreciate it if she could be highly recognized for all she does. She is a role model.
