Mr. Ernesto was very encouraging during my surgery & pre-surgery. He went out of his way to help me out with supplies when no one was in Mckinley County!! He went above and beyond to help. I couldn't find help anywhere. Thank you so much. Even on his days off, he would help by phone. Very professional, kindhearted, and extremely empathetic.
