I have been an RN here at JRMC for over 33 years. I came to the ER Friday with GI issues and Ernesto was my RN. He was so friendly and made me feel at ease. It's not fun to be on this side of the fence. He was very attentive and checked in often. He even got my husband a coke since he had not eaten. He was a wonderful and compassionate nurse.

I was on the receiving end of nursing last Saturday and wanted to take a minute to say what an asset Ernesto is to JRMC! He was my primary nurse and took exceptional care of me. He was kind, considerate, and thorough. He has an excellent bedside manner and explained everything that he did as he was doing it. He was constantly checking to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. He did not go longer than 30 minutes without popping in to see if I was still okay. I didn't have to worry when the next time I would see someone would be, he was constantly around. Looking back, I should have been quite worried and scared. I was concerned (obviously, since I came in) but I felt safe and at peace as a result of the excellent care that I received!
