First Nomination
We have been patients of St. Rose hospitals multiple times, and out of all the stays, the one at San Martin stood out the most for one outstanding nurse. Erronn was courteous, informative, caring and very attentive. For example, anytime we needed an answer or a cup of ice, he came in with a smile, a great attitude, and made our experience here comfortable. My husband needed much attention, as his memory was cloudy. Erronn was very patient and understanding and took his time to explain new medications or side effects my husband would experience. He never seemed to rush to get out of the room. When I had questions he took his time with me to explain what they were doing as far as tests, etc. As I stayed here with my husband, I observed how professional and caring he was when taking care of my husband, and he did everything he could to make sure our stay here was as comfortable as possible. My husband and I feel strongly about nominating Erronn for an outstanding job and for going above and beyond for us. He is a perfect example of what St. Rose nurses should be!
Second Nomination
Erronn’s professional skill was demonstrated when he was able to replace my catheter on the first attempt while others could not. He jumped in to take over when my nurse was sent home early. Although his rooms were stationed at the other end of the wing, he managed to see to all of my needs. He explained medications and was caring and courteous at all times.
Third Nomination
This young man,Erronn, was very thorough in every aspect of his job. He was so kind and attended to my every need. He also brilliantly figured out how to give my medications in a time sensitive manner to keep my nausea down. The most wonderful nurse (and person) I have ever had the pleasure of knowing.
Fourth Nomination
Erronn came around and checked up on me every hour. He did more than the average nurse. He kept me pain free and comfortable as best as he was able to, given my circumstances. Additionally, he wasn’t just doing a job – he put a personal touch to his interaction with me, and we actually got to talk about sports and other things. He remembered that the pain in my legs was always worse in the mornings when I woke up, so he would check on me more often in the mornings and would do what he could to get me medications to relieve my pain and discomfort. Basically, overall, he was very consistent and attentive. My boyfriend and I knew we could trust him.
Fifth Nomination
Erronn has been outstanding in explaining his care for my husband. He has gone far beyond the normal care a patient receives and has treated me and my husband with compassion and respect. He seems to truly care about my husband’s well being and comfort, and he has taken a personal interest in his case. His concern for the fact that my husband was not eating prompted him to seek out professionals in the hospital to help him get the proper nourishment. He is always smiling, which helps make an otherwise miserable situation brighter. Thank you, Erronn, for being a true caring professional.
Sixth Nomination
Erronn has gone above and beyond being considerate and patient when working with my mother. He has taken the time to make sure we understand everything that he is doing when it concerns my mother. He has been very kind and compassionate to my mother’s needs. He answered all of our questions when we were concerned or confused. I don’t doubt that this is how he treats all of his patients. My family feels so blessed to have Erronn as my mother’s nurse. Thank you, and may God bless you as we feel you have blessed us.
