I have been in hospitals and rehabilitation facilities for almost all of the previous 12 month period, and Erronn stands out as one of the top 5% of all the nurses who have provided my medical care. Erronn has an amazing outlook, extremely positive attitude, terrific bedside manner, and wonderful patient relations/people skills. In addition to a perfect on-time record with medication delivery and administration, most importantly, Erronn knows exactly how to fill his role as the healthcare advocate for his patient. He went way above and beyond the scope of his RN duties by serving in an intermediary position between myself, the hospital, my primary 'hospitalist' doctors, and my specialist doctors, all while maintaining the highest levels of caring, compassion, professionalism, decorum, concern for the patient's medical needs, and sense of humor! Even though he is obviously rushed to pay equal attention to all of his patients, Erronn is a top-notch nurse, an amazing listener, and a detail-oriented and caring person, who undoubtedly takes his nursing vows, and his job, extremely seriously.
