Erronn went above and beyond his job responsibilities in caring for my husband. He was always encouraging and upbeat - always had a smile and pleasant greeting. He showed not only professionalism but a great deal of caring. We felt that he took a professional and personal interest in our wellbeing. Erronn communicated clearly all steps/details related to my husband's care. He kept us well informed which increased our comfort level.
Erronn even came to find me in the cafe when the surgical staff arrived to take my husband to surgery and my phone was not working. He also took the time to check on him after surgery when they took him to the surgical unit.
In summary, Erronn's professionalism, clinical knowledge, compassion, and personality makes him not only an exemplary nurse but also an exceptional person.
