In every way that she could be, Esmeralda was amazing. She made me feel so strong and in control of my birthing process. She honestly and truly made a huge difference in my delivery. I was so scared and she made my nerves subside and made me feel right at home. I could not believe how awesome she was. I just kept telling her thank you every chance I got.
Esmeralda went above and beyond to encourage and coach me when pushing to deliver my first baby. She gave me clear and concise verbal instructions, making it easy to follow and control my urges. After the birth, she helped me feel safe and comfortable as I needed some extra care. She sat and talked with me in the bathroom until I was able to relax. She is an asset to your hospital and deserves this recognition!
