Esmeralda was nominated by one of her patients who truly appreciated her compassionate, calm, and clinically strong bedside manner during a recent pap smear. This was one of the patient's few pap smears that truly felt her clinician understood her anxiety around the procedure and talked her through the entire exam. Esmeralda has been nominated before by patients, and they all echo the sentiments of this nomination.
