Esperanza Biggs, RN, BSN

Over the last few months, we have had the pleasure of getting to know Esperanza (Espy) Biggs. My child has been a patient at Phoenix Children’s Hospital (PCH) in the Oncology Department, where we have worked with Espy many times over the past couple of months. Originally, we had worked with her as a Tech here at PCH, and more recently, we had her as a student nurse during her last semester. If you didn’t know any better, you would think she has been a nurse for years. We knew she would be a great nurse when she was only a tech, but seeing her in the role of a nurse, we know she will change lives. Espy is the most nice and caring worker we have had. My child just loves her, and Espy has made our stay here so much easier. We could not think of a better person to recommend for the ASU Student DAISY Award.
