This was a very scary time for our family. We were kept away from our loved one who had surgery and a long (3-week) recovery. We were confident she was receiving good care but Esteban went above and beyond by explaining things to her & letting her know what the next step was. The patient felt better when he was her nurse because of the excellent information & care he provided. He was a lighthouse in a storm. Thank you, Esteban!
