My son was born early and went to NICU with Estela. From the beginning, she treated him as if he was her son and treated us like family! She went over and beyond to keep us updated on what was going on and was very professional about letting us know we would be here longer than we thought. Her hospitality and comfort made it easier to leave the baby alone in the NICU. Although he is being discharged, she will always be a part of our family. We love her!
