Estelle took a lot of time with me to go through my husband's medication list and check the dosages thoroughly. We found another error and corrected it. We really appreciate her concern and commitment to making sure that this important feature and his care is accurate - he was on 22 prescriptions before being admitted!

While I've always received wonderful care, Estelle is the shiniest star. She not only is kind, compassionate, competent and professional, she's more. She attends to your needs without having to ask, as she observes very carefully her entire patient. For example, she noticed my IV might not have been correctly installed by another and moved it. Instant comfort! She also noticed my eyes were red and helped me. Not why I was there. These are only two cases among many.
