Ester Contreras, RN

Ester was so wonderful to me when I was in the hospital. All of the nurses and techs were great, but Ester went above and beyond the regular duties to take the time to calm me, comfort me, and make sure I understood what was happening to me with my strokes. Then, when Ester found out I also had a hole in my heart, she explained very calmly to me how it happens and how wonderful and smart my doctors are, so I am in extremely capable hands. All of this medical situation has been so frightening to me. I always felt better when I saw her face and smile coming into my room. I had to have painful antibiotics injected into my IV, and it took 2 minutes of pure pain. Ester saw the pain and went to get a heat pack to put on top of the IV while the injection was going in. The pain stopped! I was so grateful! She is wonderful! Thank you for having such a loving and kind person working at your hospital. Ester is truly an Angel on earth.
