Esther is one of the kindest, most compassionate nurses I know. She takes time for her patients and their family members, not only providing excellent care, but also emotional support.
We care for many people in the darkest times of their lives, new cancer diagnosis, poor condition prognosis, and repetitious flare-ups from chronic illness. Through this, Esther is a shoulder to cry on, a hand to hold, and a wealth of information for those she cares for.
Esther is also one of the most experienced, knowledgeable RNs on the evening shift on 6SE. She provides a strong, calm example for new employees, supporting staff as well as patients and families alike.
