Esther was assigned as my baby's nurse, but when I needed pain medication and my nurse was not available, she stepped in and helped me. She gave me my pain medication, helped me to the restroom and attended to my dressing from my incision. She checked on my baby while in the room as well. She returned later to ensure that my pain was under control and continued to return often to check on me.
She had the best attitude and was so willing to help with anything that I needed. She even brought me a sandwich to make sure that the medication would not upset my stomach.
If that is not excellent service, I don't know what is. She was the best!
