This is our first time as parents with a preemie baby so we have been stressed and worried about the situation. Ms. Esther is an amazing nurse who shows care and dedication to her patients no matter how small. She is so thorough and accurate about her work ethic. She takes the time to teach us how to change a diaper or onesie on our preemie as we are so nervous to even touch her. Esther makes the skin-to-skin we do with our baby so pleasant. She has put us at such ease knowing she is caring for our preemie baby with such attentiveness. We wish we could have her assigned to us every night!!
