Esther Kargbo, RN
Miss Esther came to my care in my most dire need of understanding and guidance. I truly don’t know how I could have gotten through the seriousness of my medical emergency without the help of her honesty and understanding of what I was dealing with.
When I mention understanding, I mean everything that she took into account: my pain, my anxiety, and even my attitude, a time or two. She thoroughly explained every step and measure that was taken to help save my life! All of this was met with nothing but the utmost professionalism and care that I pray every patient can receive at this VA facility. Under her compassionate care, I know they will!
You have a lot of wonderful staff at this facility. Having said that, if I were on my deathbed, I would request to have two people present. That would be my wife and the angel, Miss Esther. Someone made the right choice hiring for this line of work.
