Esther was nominated by two physicians:
I have years of stories of Esther going above and beyond for our patients and our team. She is always willing to pick up extra shift, stay late, or come early. She handles chaos with a calm and steadfast approach and she rises to any challenge. I nominate her today for staying late when our team was deficient even though she returns to an understaffed night shift.
We have had severe staffing issues. Throughout this time, Esther has remained positive and dedicated to our patients, always pleasant to work with. Often Esther has either come in early or stayed hours late to maintain adequate patient care/service/safety. She is truly remarkable! I could go on and on.
