Esther Ofori, RN

Esther Ofori meets or exceeds expectations in all areas of performance. This best describes Esther in the performance of her duties when I was admitted in October. She consistently made sure that any of my medical or personal needs were met in a timely manner and always with a smile. This was most evident on the day of my expected discharge. There apparently was an external communication error which resulted in a consulting physician failing to come to my room and possible an additional night in the hospital. My wife and I discussed our concerns with Esther, and she left the room with a plan in mind. When she returned, I was going home. It had taken the afternoon and a series of communication but she was successful. Again, her patient’s needs were primary. She demonstrated that she definitely has a “healer's touch” and is very worthy of recognition for dedication to her patients.
