Esther Spicer, NICU, is this month's recipient of the DAISY Award at Rady's Children's San Diego. She was nominated by the family of a baby she cared for. Esther always has a smile and positive attitude. She helped these parents through a very stressful time, by her patient and kind teaching style, and helping them to understand the condition and changes in their baby. They wrote " We truly believe Esther is an outstanding candidate for the DAISY Award and we would like her to know that we sincerely appreciate her exceptional service."
