There are countless instances that Esther showed genuine consideration to co-workers who are in need of help. I remember a time that she has helped my patient go to the restroom without calling me because she knew I was already running around taking care of other patients. She is very concerned if one is not using safe patient care, she will mention it to the nurse. This makes her a great patient advocate, always looking out for the patients. Esther has a very caring heart and shows great compassion to her work, to her craft. She is highly dependable as well. She doesn't ever "count" patients and tell you she can't help. She will help you as much as she can, may it be labs, bringing stuff to you, watching patients, suggesting valuable interventions, and so much more. She is a coworker who will be there for you, she is someone to talk through things with a just a great listening ear to have.
