Tonight, I saw firsthand how Ethan Cullen's patience and kindness greatly impacted patient quality. Ethan is caring for a patient with developmental delays. The extra time, compassion, and encouragement he has given this patient over several days have helped ease fears, calm the body, and facilitate healing. He has taken the time to hold her hand during lab draws, to explain calmly every step ahead of time so the patient knows what to expect, and then showers her with praise and compliments for everything she accomplished.
