Ethan Merryweather, BSN, RN

Unfortunately, we have been admitted multiple times for H's condition. We've been very impressed with all staff, but Ethan has gone above and beyond. He asked a lot of questions to understand what OTC is and how he could understand how to serve and take care of H better. He jumped right in and allowed H to trust. Ethan observed and understood us as parents and that we were burnt out and needed a break. He was able to gain our trust enough to feel comfortable enough to leave the room to go on a walk and get some sun. It made a huge difference to be able to trust Ethan. As we started building relationships with Ethan, he started asking more questions to understand how we could make H's stay and also our stay better. He always listened to what we had to say and tried to understand without jumping to conclusions. We have been to Special Care multiple times for H's condition and have had Ethan multiple times. We will continue asking for him every time we have to come back. In my mind if I could create an amazing nurse, it would be a great bedside manner, understands procedures, and generally cares. This is 100% Ethan. We are lucky to have met and worked with Ethan multiple times.
