Ethan Pollock, BSN, RN
Ethan Pollock kept us informed at every step of my wife's post-op recovery and had excellent follow-through skills. He was kind, caring, upbeat, and professional at all times. The hospital was very busy, and many patients were recovering from surgery. Ethan made it seem like my wife was the only patient at that moment and continually ensured the safety of the patients.
Ethan's actions made my wife feel safe and at ease, and that her recovery was very important. My wife was able to stay in a hospital bed until she felt safe to leave Same-Day Surgery. She had a hysterectomy and had a lot of anxiety about the surgical procedure and what her healing experience might be like. Ethan provided the best care!
We had other staff interactions during her hospital stay, and everyone was nice and professional. However, Ethan shined and demonstrated why Intermountain is a top hospital in the nation. I am a caregiver, and it was impressive to see Ethan in action and how committed he is to the patient experience.
