I’ve been working hard with Ethel for more than a year to gain approval from my pharmaceutical provider for a higher dose. The pharmaceutical provider gave me little support and created a situation that wasted enormous amounts of Ethel’s time and energy. She would sit on several occasions for more than an hour on hold while the provider mulled a decision about a request approved by a doctor. The decision was always NO. Despite the predictable outcome each time we tried to gain approval Ethel would cheerfully try and try to resolve the matter to my benefit. Recently Ethel suggested an alternative approach which worked on the first try. It was amazing and resulted in a huge cost savings to me. Ethel should be recognized for her wonderful demeanor incredible work ethic and unflagging devotion to bringing my challenge to a successful resolution. Great job Ethel!
