Ethel Salon thoughtfully attended to and listened to all of my 93-year-old grandmother’s concerns! She took the time to explain all the steps she was doing with a smile on her face. Ethel grabbed extra blankets for her and positioned her in the most comfortable way possible. Ethel even got the best person to put in her IV needles, as my grandma was in a lot of pain the last couple of times they tried to do it. And this time, the needles went in without any pain or trouble. Her care was outstanding, as my grandmother couldn’t stop raving about her to all of our family members!
