Etlan Gowie embodies the ICARE values in her interactions with her peers, managers, and most importantly her patients. As an Accountable Care Manager, Etlan stands above her peers with her knowledge and expertise of the job and is highly respected. She provides leadership amongst the team and does so in a calm and responsible manner.

With Gowie’s patients, she goes over and beyond to ensure that they have the resources needed to assist them with achieving a positive clinical outcome and remaining safe in the community.
