Not only is Etta an outstanding nurse, but her compassion to help others knows no bounds.
Etta has always provided excellent customer service and insight to her patients and staff members. Every time I speak with her I learn more about taking care of patients in medical. I witnessed this nurse go above and beyond for a patient with an ankle injury and she made sure that he had everything he needed to support his recovery and get back into action. Not only is she an outstanding nurse, but her compassion to help others knows no bounds. She has helped a staff member acquire furniture for an individual who just checked in and did not have a car. She always puts the patients first and is a pleasure to work with. She worked through all of COVID. Once the vaccines came out she worked at shot expos every week to make sure our patients were able to get vaccinated. She was able to continue her normal duties plus make sure patients got their vaccines at the shot expos. She is active in her job as a nurse and with readiness stand-downs. She volunteered to give shots and educate others on how to give COVID vaccines. One day she was able to juggle a full day of patients, do 10-15 t-cons, and gave 20 vaccines for COVID.
