I worked with Tina (Eunbi) for three days in a row the week before Christmas and I was very impressed by her enthusiasm and energy towards a patient here. Tina is a new nurse, but her positive attitude and time management skills would make one think she has been a nurse for more than five years. Tina was always available to help and would constantly offer to help.
I was most thrilled when I had to do an intense wound dressing change. Tina offered to help and told me she had helped change the dressing about 5 times even though she had never had the patient. We reviewed the orders and Tina basically took charge and helped me change the dressing. She even offered to help me clean the patient and I said, "no."
I couldn't have asked for more after such an outstanding job. I got the tech to help me. Tina rocks!!
