Eunice Candiru, RN

Eunice is the head of Nursing in the district who has developed and organized the health department to enable nurses to offer quality services. She advocates for safety practices and organizes continuous professional development. She offers support, and supervision to lower health units, and gives prompt constructive feedback to members. She is a lead person for maternal and child health and has improved service utilization by the community. She is always concerned with evidence-based practice and encourages nurses to participate in research.
