I am writing this to you to give my home health nurse Eunice Cronin, the recognition she very much deserves! She is by far the best nurse I have ever had, and I have had many nurses throughout the years. Right from the first visit, she was very professional, she shows genuine concern and care for me as her her patient. I am hard of hearing, and I know some people don't always have the patience to repeat themselves or speak loud and clear for me to understand. Eunice is always willing to explain to me the doctors orders. She calls my doctor for updates and asks for orders, like when I needed a water pill for my leg swelling. She explains and kept my daughter informed of my health, we both appreciate her kindness and compassion! I am very blessed to have her as my nurse.

One thing she did for me was to clarify with my doctor that I need to use my nebulizer, she found out I was supposed to use it for my asthma, but no one had told me from the time I was sent home. After a week of using it, my breathing improved tremendously and I was able to be released with my doctor's approval. Thanks to Eunice's keen observation and quick action, my doctor even complimented her; he said he follows my progress through Eunice's notes in the computer. I really can't thank her enough. I called her supervisor in your office because I know Eunice is an exceptional nurse, and she needs to be given a good review.

I hope you have more nurses like her in your agency, because she is definitely an asset. I told my daughter, I want her to move in with me, but her supervisor said there is a long line of patients wanting her as their nurse, and I understand why. Thank you for giving me the best nurse! I can only hope more patients take their time to compliment her too! I don't want to get sick again, but I know if I ever need a nurse in the future, I will ask for her. I will highly recommend your agency to my family and friends, and will tell them to ask for Eunice Cronin as their nurse.
