Eunice has a passion for nursing because it is a lifelong career that perfectly combines a love for people and a love for the sciences. She hopes to be a nurse that is present and listens to her patients; one that continually shows compassion and intentionality to the people around her, regardless of their background. She was nominated for this award by her peers for being a huge advocate for her patients and for always caring for her fellow classmates. She is very passionate about the care she provides and she genuinely cares to make sure everything is done at its highest potential. She is always concerned about her patients and is the embodiment of patient and family-centered care. She has the sweetest heart, always looking out for the best interest of her patients, and has surpassed what is expected of her each semester.
