Eunsook is a very caring nurse in ways that really matter. She is the only nurse I have ever known to pay attention to me as a whole person, and not just for medical stuff. She knew I was feeling frustrated by not remembering things I wanted to share with the doctor. The next day, she gave me a pencil and paper to help me remember. I didn't bring it up, but she quietly helped. She is thoughtful and very kind. She seems to want to make sure that I am comfortable with changes to my care, she listens carefully, and it feels like she operates from a real sense of wanting to help. I felt lucky that she came back for a second day.
Everything Eunsook does seems to come from that desire to help. I think this hospital has really good people anyway, but she excels not by doing one particular thing, but by doing all the tasks she does from her heart.
