Eva is an exceptionally special nurse. She is always available when you need her and she shows kindness and always has a warm smile. She exhibits professionalism in her demeanor and is very knowledgeable in her work. Eva treats the patient and family members with super kindness, dignity, and respect.
Nurse Eva demonstrated knowledge of her clinical work where she explained everything thoroughly and met the patient's needs beyond extraordinary. She was also helpful attending to my husband's needs with such patience and gentleness, encouraging him to stay hydrated and anticipating pain relief.
Eva made the patient feel comfortable and help alleviate his extreme anxiety. He felt like he was being cared for like a family member. Nurse Eva also had respect for family members. Her discharge planning was extra special. I have never met such an exceptional and caring nurse.
Eva had been working in the Ortho Med/Surg Unit for 3 years now. From the very start we know that we are fortunate to have her. She is well loved by her patients and has received numerous Core Value Cards. She spends time with her patients and attends to their needs. She communicates respectfully to both patients and her peers. She is a great team player.
She is compassionate, hardworking and always has a big smile on her face. Eva is an achiever and continues to grow professionally. She had recently obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
