Evan Williams, RN

I came in the ED in hopes of getting help for my daughter. It was an extremely emotional and complicated visit. Evan was my daughter’s nurse and was so patient with her. He did not once dismiss her concerns or make her feel dumb. He sat and breathed with her when her anxiety was getting the best of her. Evan did everything he could to make my daughter comfortable and to try to ease her mind when I was overwhelmed. He sat in the hall with me for a few minutes to make sure all was well. He went above and beyond, not only for my daughter (the patient), but for the family as well.
