Since Evangelina Saucedo-Yebra came on board to RBG High-Risk Clinic the department has improved greatly. Her team was honored with an award from the Operational Excellence Department. For the second straight year, the OB/GYN clinic was given the award for "Best Team Engagement".
When our RBG Women's Clinic was paid a visit by one of the Joint Commission surveyors, she had an excellent outcome of zero findings. This is due to Evangelina's late hours of making sure everything runs perfectly in her high-risk OB/GYN Clinic at RBG. She has exceeded her budgeted volume by 9.7 % and is currently working on reducing her clinic throughput time. She currently has decreased OB cycle time by 53 minutes and has several managers come see her Lean Board to learn improvement processes.
There are many accomplishments small and large to mention that Evangelina has done over the past year that lead to customer and staff satisfaction. All of her employee's say that she is the best boss, leader, and mentor they have ever had. All the Women's Health Medical Directors and Residents respect her and turn to her for her expertise and guidance. It is a comfort as her leader to know our patients, staff, and professionals are in her hands on a daily basis. We are truly proud to have Evangelina in our women's service line team
