I am so grateful for her benevolent act and for everything.
I would like to nominate my supervisor, Jessica (Eve), for the DAISY Nurse Leader Award. She is a Benevolent Leader. She treated me with Compassion since I was working in the unit. I would like to mention in particular how she supported me during my sickness when I needed to leave for a couple of months, then the time I needed to come back on duty, and the pandemic came, and I became stuck in the Philippines. She helped me to coordinate with HR (Human Resources) to help me come back to Saudi Arabia / work, especially since my visa and iqama expired. Then, when I finally came back, she made sure my work schedule was flexible so I could go back gradually to my work status.
All of this I deeply appreciate, and it would not have been possible if my supervisor had not helped me the way she did with great support and compassion. I am so grateful for her benevolent act and for everything. She is a blessing in disguise to me.
