Eveli O'Neill is one of the most outstanding nurses I have ever met. She takes a holistic approach to all patients' needs. She not only looks at the patient's physical concerns, but she treats the patient's mind, body, and emotions. Her goal is proper balance in life, for each of her patients
Eveli has had several challenging patients. She goes above and beyond to overcome these challenges. She is sincere, caring and truly a breath of fresh air. Eveli is always smiling and cheerful. If she cannot overcome challenges, she reaches out to her manager and others to brainstorm.
Eveli is always willing to help out if staffing is a concern. She even offered to see some of her patients on a day that her son was having surgery.
Eveli works independently and case manages beautifully. None of her patients ever call with concerns.
Eveli truly exemplifies all that a DAISY Award recipient deserves.
