I would like to recognize Evelyn for her excellent job and performance as a 4S RN. Yes, she is a new addition to the team but so far, she has surpassed all the expectations of other team members. She is very helpful and not hesitant to lend her hand to assist patients even though it is not her patient. She values the real meaning of teamwork. I am also in awe of her involvement in shared governance/Magnet program initiatives/efforts. She has gained the respect of other healthcare teams. Evelyn is a great asset to the department, and I am very excited to witness her professional growth in our organization.

I would like to take a moment to thank Evelyn for all her help during my brother’s hospital stay, her bedside manners are impeccable, and it seems to come naturally to her. She has empathy, respect, and kindness in her heart, and it shows when helping patients.

Evelyn was very attentive to my mom. Always very caring and explained meds provided, having such good attitude, and showing care for the patients always helps them to feel better. Evelyn explained to me what went through the day and kept me updated. Mom (patient) was/is extremely happy to have Evelyn as her nurse.

Evelyn, the nurse for my beloved Dad for the last three weeks, has been only the very best—way above and beyond what we could have asked for or expect. My dad got better because of her. She is detailed, accurate, compassionate, understanding, and very patient. She explained the whole home care process with such kindness and care to each family member, knowing how to talk to each of us respectfully and adeptly. Kaiser has given us the best nurse, and our whole family gives our deepest gratitude for this care. Evelyn is a nurse, a teacher, a friend, and to us. Will you take good care of her, please?

There are not enough words or accolades to express Evelyn's enormous support for me and my husband. They are kind, calm, and gentle and understand the urgency needed when my husband was in physical distress. Evelyn reached out to the surgeon immediately, which led to my husband having to have his surgery moved to one day sooner, as in an emergency situation. Since my husband means the world to me, I am eternally grateful for all they did for me and my husband during this very stressful time. Kaiser should be very proud to have wonderful nurses on their team.
